titleOfInvention | Novel polyimide and its manufacturing method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A polyimide comprising a structural unit represented by Chemical formula 1. This polyimide is, for example, 4,4'-diamino- It can be obtained by reacting 3,3 ′, 5,5′-tetraisopropyldiphenylmethane with bisphenol A bistrimellitate dianhydride. [Chemical 1] (However, in the formula, Ar is a divalent group containing an aromatic ring, and X is-. O- or -C (= O) indicates -O-, R 1, R 2, R 3 and R 4 represents an alkyl group or an alkoxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms each independently). [Effect] The above polyimide has a low softening point and is soluble in an organic solvent having a small polarity due to the combination of the specific structures of the acid dianhydride component and the diamine component. |
