abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To manufacture a preform for carbon fiber reinforced metal composite material and a carbon fiber reinforced metal composite material. [Structure] Carbon fibers having a tensile elastic modulus of 30 × 10 3 kgf / mm 2 or more and a breaking elongation of 0.48% or more are plasma sprayed with an aluminum-based metal at a container pressure of 80 to 760 Torr and a spraying distance of 100 to 800 mm. To produce a preform for a carbon fiber reinforced metal composite material. A carbon fiber reinforced metal composite material is manufactured by molding at ℃. [Effect] Carbon fiber reinforced with high strength because there is no breakage of carbon fiber during preform production by plasma spraying and carbon fiber is not consumed by reaction between aluminum-based metal matrix and carbon fiber during molding. A metal composite and a carbon fiber reinforced metal composite preform for producing the same were obtained. |
