titleOfInvention Brush roll
abstract (57) [Summary] [Composition] In a brush roll, natural or synthetic short fibers having a constant fiber length were electrostatically flocked on the roll surface coated with an adhesive, and a conductive polymer was flocked. The surface of the fiber and the adhesive layer is coated. [Effect] Compared with the conventional brush roll, the roll production becomes easier and simpler, and the workability of the production is improved. In addition, napped short fibers can be planted on the roll surface at a uniform density without entanglement. Therefore, the more the length of the short fibers to be fluffed is constant, the dimensional accuracy of the length of the napped portion on the roll surface becomes higher. Will be higher. Moreover, the roll surface and the flocked fibers can be made electrically conductive simultaneously and uniformly.
