titleOfInvention | Nickel thin film forming material |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A nickel thin film of 1 micron or less can be formed on a glass or ceramic substrate by a simple method of coating, drying, and baking in the air, and an unoxidized nickel thin film is formed. The purpose is to provide materials that can be used. [Structure] A nickel organic acid salt or an acetylacetone complex, an organoboron compound, an organic resin and an organic solvent are mixed at an arbitrary ratio to form a uniform solution, which can achieve the object. Further, in order to enhance the adhesion of the nickel thin film, a metal salt of resin acid such as a glass component may be added in an appropriate amount and used. |
