(57) [Summary] [Purpose] It is possible to form a top coat film that is transparent and has a reduced gloss, thereby giving a coated article a novel design. Refractive index n 1 of the clear layer and the following formula: 0 ≦ | n 1 −n 2 | ≦ 0.05 10 to 1 resin beads 1 satisfying the relationship represented by Add 50 parts by weight to reduce the gloss of the paint while maintaining transparency. |
