titleOfInvention | Olefin polymerization catalyst |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a catalyst which, when subjected to polymerization of olefins, acts highly active to obtain a stereoregular polymer in high yield. [Composition] A suspension of diethoxymagnesium and alkylbenzene and titanium tetrachloride are brought into contact with each other, and alkoxy titanium having at least one titanium-chlorine bond and phthalic acid dichloride are added to and reacted with each other. After completion of the reaction, Removal of liquid material gives a solid product. The solid product is washed with alkylbenzene and then suspended in alkylbenzene, the suspension is catalytically reacted with titanium tetrachloride, and then the liquid substance is removed to obtain a solid substance. Then, the solid substance is washed with alkylbenzene, contact reaction with titanium tetrachloride, and the liquid substance is removed in two steps. Repeat 4 times to obtain a solid catalyst component. For the polymerization of olefins consisting of a compound, an epoxy paramenthane compound and an organoaluminum compound. [Effect] Since the polymerization activity and the yield of the stereoregular polymer are extremely high and the activity persistence is longer than that of the prior art, it can be sufficiently used for copolymerization and the like. |
