abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] An object of the present invention is to provide an inorganic non-aqueous electrolyte battery in which corrosion of the inner bottom portion of a battery container is prevented during high temperature storage of the battery. In an inorganic non-aqueous electrolyte battery in which an oxyhalide is used as a solvent of an electrolytic solution and a positive electrode active material, lithium is used as a negative electrode active material, and a positive electrode porous body is opposed to a negative electrode with a separator interposed between the positive electrode porous body and the battery. A fluorine resin plate or sheet is provided as a separator between the inner bottom portions of the container.
