titleOfInvention | Thromboplastin reagent |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A thromboplastin reagent containing a tissue-containing thromboplastin fraction and a calcium ion-containing thromboplastin reagent whose electric conductivity is adjusted to 4.0 to 15.0 mS. By adjusting the electric conductivity to an appropriate value, the formation state of the fibrin clot, which is the final product of blood coagulation, is strengthened. Therefore, the amount of change in transmitted light or scattered light is increased, and more accurate detection can be performed. |
