titleOfInvention | Heat insulator manufacturing method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] The present invention is a rigid urethane foam panel having an open-cell structure as a core material, which is conventionally hard to form continuous cells in a heat insulating body which is covered with a container and the inside is depressurized and sealed. Stable open cells including the skin part of the foam prevent the internal pressure from rising due to the time-dependent gas diffusion from the remaining closed cells, maintain the heat insulation performance, and the conventional closed cells remain. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a heat insulator that can contribute to solving problems in terms of environment such as waste treatment because it is not necessary to use the skin portion as waste material. [Structure] A face material with silicone oil on the surface is placed in a jig, and urethane raw material containing a bubble communicating agent is injected and foamed in the jig. A method for manufacturing a heat insulating body in which the inside of the covering is decompressed and hermetically sealed. |
