titleOfInvention Electrodeposition method for conductive polymers
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A conductive polymer such as polyaniline, a metal complex such as Prussian blue, and a metal oxide such as vanadium pentoxide are uniformly dispersed on a substrate on which a relatively large area transparent conductive film is formed. It is intended to provide a method of electrodeposition. [Structure] A substrate on which a transparent conductive film having an area of 800 cm 2 or more and a conductive plate-shaped body are immersed in an electrolytic solution so as to face each other, and the substrate is used as a working electrode and the conductive plate-shaped body as a counter electrode. In a device for electrodepositing a conductive polymer, a metal complex or a metal oxide on a transparent conductive film, a conductive band having a resistance lower than that of the conductive film is provided in the peripheral portion of the transparent conductive film, and at least a low resistance is provided. Of the transparent conductive film excluding the conductive band, has the same length from the entire peripheral edge toward the central part, and in the central part, is 0.0 with respect to the area S of the transparent conductive film excluding the conductive band. An opening having an area of 6S to 0.25S is opened, and a distance from the transparent conductive film to the opening is gradually separated from the entire peripheral edge of the transparent conductive film, and the transparent conductive film has a convex curved shape. It is characterized in that the plate is attached to the substrate.
