abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Purpose] A hydrophilic treatment is easily performed in a short time without using a hydrophilizing agent. [Structure] In a vacuum container containing a carbon or aluminum target, glow discharge is caused to be hydrophilic by causing a target current of 250 to 300 V, an ion current of 3 to 5 mA, a discharge time of 5 to 20 sec, and a vacuum degree of about 10 PA. .. |
