abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] An object is to provide an iron elbow with an annular groove and a processing machine capable of producing the iron elbow with an annular groove. [Structure] An iron elbow 25 with an annular groove is provided with a neck portion 25A on at least one end side in the axial direction, and a circumferential annular groove 25B is formed on one end side in the axial direction. Further, the processing machine rotates at the same time as the rotating main shaft 20, and the neck portion 25A of the elbow 25 is externally fitted to the die roll 23 whose tip portion is formed in a tapered shape by the chamfer 23A, and its end surface is abutted. After being brought into contact with the front surface of the plate 24, the first movable block 9 and the second movable block 10 are lowered, and the rolling rolls whose axial and radial swings are restricted by the support rolls 13 and 14. With the annular protrusion 11A of the roll 11, A part of the neck portion 25A is gradually pushed into the annular groove 23B of the mold roll 23 to form the annular groove 25B. |
