abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] The use of a graft copolymer that imparts appropriate hydrolyzability improves the prevention of adhesion of marine plants and animals to the coating film surface in antifouling paints. [Structure] General formula (I) (However, R is a is an integer of 0 to 25, b is an integer of 0 to 26, m and n Is a positive integer and a + b is 1 or more) and a compound having a group capable of reacting with a hydroxyl group of the polyalkylene silicone copolymer and a compound having a reactive double bond are reacted. Copolymer (A) 5 to 95 having a reactive double bond 95% to 5% by weight of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (B) containing a cyclic ketene acetal is polymerized in the presence of 1% by weight, a method for producing a graft copolymer, and a graft obtained by the method. A slightly water-soluble resin composition containing a copolymer, and a coating material using the slightly water-soluble resin composition. |
