titleOfInvention Swing-type headrest structure for automobiles
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] In the structure of a swing type headrest for automobiles, to reduce the weight and cost while eliminating the problems in the manufacturing process. [Structure] A second frame 12 having a support mechanism 14 for a pole 13 assembled thereto is fixed to a first frame 11 made of synthetic resin in which urethane foam 16 is integrally foamed on the outer surface, and the outer surface of the urethane foam 16 and the second frame are fixed. The lower surface of 12 is covered with a skin 19. Since there is no adhesion of grease etc., the foaming failure of urethane foam does not occur. There is no need to finish the swing holes in a separate process.
