abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To improve the usage efficiency of the ink stored in the ink tank. An elastic member having a slit that opens when a pressure difference exceeds a predetermined value is provided in an ink supply section of an ink tank. [Effect] The liquid ink can be stored in the ink tank and the pressure on the ejection port can be balanced, and good ink supply without ink leakage can be achieved over the entire stored ink amount.
