abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A resin-type prepreg for forming a resin-type surface layer, which does not require formation of a gel coat layer on the surface of the resin-type and has excellent smoothness and durability. provide. [Structure] A base sheet made of a non-woven fabric containing metal-coated carbon fibers is placed on a film produced from a thermosetting resin composition, and the resin is impregnated with a hot roller. Further, the same resin film is further laminated and impregnated with a hot roller to obtain a resin mold prepreg for forming a resin mold surface layer. The thermosetting resin content of this prepreg is 90 to 98% by weight. The resin single layer 2 on the resin molding surface side of the prepreg preferably has a thicker surface smoothness than the resin single layer 3 on the other side of the prepreg. |
