titleOfInvention Photochemical reaction processing method
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The power consumption of the lamp used in the photochemical reaction treatment method is reduced, the life of the lamp is prevented from being shortened due to the exhaustion of the lamp, and the number of times the lamp is replaced is reduced to reduce the cost. The labor required for lamp replacement will be reduced and cost will be reduced. [Structure] Irradiation is performed by setting the output of the lamp at the first stage so as to be reduced by about 10 to 45% at the start of irradiation. When the output of the lamp is reduced to about 20 to 50% due to deterioration with time, the irradiation in the next stage is started, and the output at the start of irradiation of this lamp is irradiated in the same manner as the reduction value in the first stage. Means that the lamp is irradiated under the same conditions as needed.
