titleOfInvention | Enzymatic degradation method of phospholipids in organic solvent |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] After the enzymatic decomposition reaction of phospholipids in an organic solvent is completed, the enzyme can be easily separated and recovered and reused, and a large amount of phospholipids can be treated. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for enzymatically decomposing phospholipids, which enables [Composition] Phospholipase A 2 is added to animal and plant phospholipids. In the method of generating lysophospholipid by enzymatic decomposition reaction by acting (PLA 2 ), the phospholipid is dissolved in an organic solvent selected from non-polar solvents, and the phospholipid forms a reverse micelle to form a uniform and transparent solution. A method comprising allowing immobilized PLA 2 to act on a solution containing a minimum amount of water necessary to form the solution. |
