Method for producing plant callus cell differentiation agent |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Purpose] A microorganism is cultured to produce a plant callus cell differentiation agent. [Structure] Microorganisms belonging to the genus Enterobacter, genus Bacillus or genus Pseudomonas are preferably cultured in the presence of adenine or tryptophan to kill the bacteria in the culture solution and collect a plant callus cell differentiation agent. This cell differentiation agent effectively acts on the redifferentiation of each callus cell of horseradish, carnation and soybean. |
