abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Purpose] On the surface of the aromatic polyimide film, a large number of projections consisting of fine abrasive grains that are exposed without being coated with a resin component are formed uniformly over the entire surface. The heat-resistant abrasive sheet is provided. [Structure] An aromatic polyamic acid solution is cast on a support to form a thin film, and the thin film is dried to form a self-supporting film comprising an aromatic polyamic acid and an organic polar solvent, and then a support is formed. The film is peeled off from the body, and the surface of the film is coated with a dispersion liquid in which abrasive grains 3 are uniformly dispersed in an organic solvent, and the coating layer is dried to form a fine surface layer on the film. The abrasive sheet 1 is obtained by holding various abrasive grains and finally heat-treating the self-supporting film at a high temperature.
