After that, a purifier 7 containing a purifying material 6 having a surface-active function and a bacteriostatic function removes organic substances and prevents water from spoiling and odor. Since the purifying material 6 has a certain amount of contaminants removed by the filter 2, the purifying material 6 may be of a small size capable of filtering its function, and is smaller than the conventional one.
