titleOfInvention | Pyruvate measurement method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a method for measuring pyruvic acid that is stable, convenient, accurate, and inexpensive. [Structure] A buffer solution containing metal ions, flavin mononucleotides, inorganic phosphate, and thiamine pyrophosphate is continuously fed, and a sample is injected into the buffer solution, and then it is led to immobilized pyruvate oxidase and generated. Pyruvate is measured by electrochemically quantifying the amount of hydrogen peroxide or the amount of oxygen to be reduced with a hydrogen peroxide electrode or an oxygen electrode. |
