titleOfInvention 3-Dialkylamino-2-substituted benzoyl acrylic acid compounds
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] The present invention provides a compound of the general formula (I), [In the formula, R 1 represents an acyl group, R 2 and R 3 represent the same or different lower alkyl groups, and R 4 represents a lower alkyl group or a lower alkenyl group. ] 3-indicated by Dialkylamino-2-substituted benzoyl acrylic acid compounds. [Effect] By using the compound of the present invention, the process of synthesizing a quinolonecarboxylic acid derivative can be shortened, and an arbitrary derivative can be introduced into the 8-position oxygen atom of quinolonecarboxylic acid. A carboxylic acid derivative can be easily synthesized.
