[Structure] For keeping the freshness of cut flowers, which is used by peeling off a surface base material having an adhesive layer attached from a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet formed by laminating a release sheet, an adhesive layer, and a surface base material and immersing the surface base material in water. A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for maintaining the freshness of cut flowers, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains a life prolonging agent.
