In a method and an apparatus for preparing a treatment plan for determining treatment conditions, etc., a treatment table diagram, a treatment gantry diagram, a patient's lesion map, and a patient's overall map are displayed with the lesion as an isocenter. In addition to displaying the above, the treatment conditions are set and checked from this display screen.
