(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a surgical endoscopic device capable of easily performing an operation of bringing two tissues close to each other and joining them. [Structure] Head assembly 5 having annular outer staple driving mechanisms 80, 82 and an inner annular cutting blade 83. 0 and corresponding annular anvil staple surface 56, 58 and an annular anvil member 52 having an inner annular cutting block surface 60, the head assembly being freely steerable at the distal end of the flexible tube 14 of the endoscope by the proximal manipulator of the tube. .. The anvil member and the head assembly are operated by a cable 110 extending to an operation portion in a flexible tube so that the anvil member and the head assembly can be freely separated from each other, and at the approaching position, the ends of two tissues are staple-joined and an extra end inside thereof is cut. Cut with a blade. A lens at the end of the flexible tube is located in the center of the head assembly, and a window for the field of view of the lens is formed in the center of the anvil member. |
