titleOfInvention | Enzyme immobilization substance, method for producing the same, and enzyme immobilization membrane |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To increase the physical strength of an enzyme-immobilized membrane and to maintain high enzyme activity for a long period of time. [Structure] A polycarbonate membrane is substituted with polylysine from the oxygen atom at the linear position of chemical formula 1 to the oxygen atom at the linear position of other chemical formula 1, and an enzyme is used with glutaraldehyde as a cross-linking agent for the amino group of polylysine. The enzyme-immobilized membrane shown in Chemical formula 9 is obtained by covalent bonding. |
