titleOfInvention 2-cycle methanol engine
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To improve combustion failure due to the large amount of latent heat of vaporization and the formation of air-fuel mixture in the auxiliary combustion chamber. [Structure] An auxiliary dish-shaped upper wall member 21 provided with a heat insulating material 22 is provided in the sub combustion chamber 2, and a main communication hole 23 and a sub communication hole which serves as a tangential flow path in the bottom and side walls of the body 20. 24 is provided. The nozzle 3 is provided with two types of injection holes, which inject fuel spray in the direction of the edge of the upper wall member 21 and injection holes in the direction of the side wall of the body 20, and the main communication hole 23 is squeezed on the upper surface of the piston. A concave portion 55 is provided at a position corresponding to the convex portion 54 and the sub communication hole 24. When the engine is operating, the compressed air compressed by the protrusions 54 is blown in, and the compressed air through the sub-communication holes causes an overflow to promote the generation of the air-fuel mixture. The combustion gas blown and ignited extrudes the air-fuel mixture from both communication holes into the main combustion chamber to improve the combustion failure.
