titleOfInvention | Method for producing compound having Si-Ge bond |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] The main object of the present invention is to provide a method capable of safely producing a compound having a Si-Ge bond under mild conditions. [Structure] General formula [Chemical formula 1] (Wherein R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, an alkoxy group or an amino group, and X represents a halogen atom). And the general formula (Wherein R 4 , R 5 and R 6 are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, an alkoxy group or an amino group, and X represents a halogen atom). By subjecting the mixture of and to an electrode reaction under specific conditions, a compound of the general formula: (In the formula, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 and R 6 are Same as above. The compound which has Si-Ge bond shown by these is manufactured. |
