abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] Substituents COOM, SO 3 M, SO 4 M, PO 3 M 2 And PO 4 M 2 (M is hydrogen, an alkali metal or ammonium), a vinyl chloride polymer having at least one hydrophilic group and an epoxy group, and the acid strength of PKa is 3.5. A method for producing a vinyl chloride resin, comprising introducing an acryloyl group or a methacryloyl group by reacting the following monobasic acid having an acryloyl group or a methacryloyl group. [Effect] The vinyl chloride-based resin produced by the production method of the present invention has excellent dispersibility of a magnetic material as a resin for a magnetic paint, excellent surface smoothness and durability, and is suitable for use as a magnetic recording medium. In addition, it has the advantages of excellent running properties, magnetic characteristics, and electromagnetic conversion characteristics. |
