titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of granular porous chitosan
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] An acidic aqueous solution of chitosan is dispersed in a hydrophobic dispersion medium, and water is evaporated with stirring. By the suspension evaporation method, good granular porous chitosan can be stably obtained in high yield. [Constitution] As an acid of an acidic aqueous solution, HOOC (CH 2 ) A dibasic acid represented by n COOH (n is an integer of 1 or more) is used. An acidic aqueous chitosan solution is dispersed as an oil-in-oil emulsion. [Effect] Good porous particles can be obtained by evaporating water in the state of an O / W / O type emulsion. By using a specific dibasic acid as the acid, it is possible to stabilize the emulsion of the acidic aqueous chitosan solution in the hydrophobic dispersion medium. Therefore, a sufficient amount of the hydrophobic dispersion medium is uniformly emulsified in the liquid droplets of the chitosan acidic aqueous solution, and this uniform emulsified state is stably maintained during the evaporation period of water. Therefore, by increasing the chitosan concentration of the chitosan acidic aqueous solution and the charging amount of the chitosan acidic aqueous solution, it is possible to stably produce uniform granular porous chitosan with a high yield.
