titleOfInvention | Silicone-coated fine particles, method for producing the same, and resin composition containing the silicone-coated fine particles |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Silicone coated fine particles capable of improving low stress, heat resistance, moisture resistance and moldability of a resin, a method for producing the same, and a resin composition having the above properties improved. [Structure] The silicone-coated fine particles have an average composition formula R 1 a R 2 b H c SiO (4-abc) / 2 on the surface of the inorganic filler. (In the formula, R 1 is a carbon number 1 which does not contain an ethylenically unsaturated group. ~ 8 substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, R 2 is a C 1-8 monovalent hydrocarbon group containing an ethylenically unsaturated group, a is 1.02 to 2.01, b is 0.005 to 0.50, c is from 0.005 0.50 and b / c = 1 / 5-10 / 1, a + b + c = 1.80-2.20), which is coated with a hydrosilylation reaction product of a polyorganohydrogensiloxane. In the production method, an inorganic filler is mixed in the aqueous emulsion of the polyorganohydrogensiloxane and the mixture is heated and cured. The resin composition contains 0.1 to 75% by weight of silicone-coated fine particles in the epoxy resin composition. |
