titleOfInvention | Process for producing ascorbic acid-2-phosphoric acid, iso-ascorbic acid-2-phosphoric acid and glutamine |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] L-glutamine is used in large quantities as an important component of anti-ulcer agents such as gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, and infusion. It also plays an important role as a nutritional component in animal cell culture. Further, in this reaction, ascorbic acid-2-phosphoric acid and iso-ascorbic acid-2-phosphoric acid which are also produced together are widely used in the fields of medicine, food and cosmetics as stabilizing compounds exhibiting vitamin C activity. We provide a novel technology for simultaneously converting and producing these compounds in a reaction system by microorganisms. [Structure] In promoting selective phosphorylation of ascorbic acid-related compounds by microorganisms, the reaction proceeds without using expensive bioenergy compounds, adenosine triphosphate, or other donors as auxiliary materials, and at the same time from L-glutamic acid It is constituted by a novel technical idea of trying to obtain "ascorbic acid-related phosphate compound" and "L-glutamine" in the same biological reaction system by incorporating a complex reaction in combination with an enzymatic reaction for producing L-glutamine.
