(57) [Summary] [Structure] An oligopeptide having cell adhesion to chitin or chitosan (arginine-glycine-aspartic acid sequence or tyrosine-isoleucine-glycine-serine-arginine sequence) that is inexpensively available A cell-adhesive chitin chemically bound by a binding reagent. [Effects] The cell-adhesive chitin of the present invention can be prepared relatively inexpensively and easily, and the cell-adhesive ability can be enhanced by changing the amount of oligopeptide introduced. The cell-adhesive chitin of the present invention imparts tissue compatibility and is effective as an artificial material, and is particularly suitable as a wound healing promoter. |
