titleOfInvention | Novel cem compound, its production method and antibacterial agent |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Purpose] Development of new cephalosporin derivatives with excellent antibacterial activity. A novel cephem compound represented by the following formula and a pharmacologically acceptable salt or physiologically hydrolyzable non-toxic ester thereof. [In the formula, R 1 is an optionally substituted lower alkyl group, A trityl group; R 2 is a hydrogen atom, a metal atom, a protecting group for a carboxyl group, etc .; R 3 , R 4 , R 5 and R 6 are hydrogen atoms, halogen atoms, lower alkyl groups, etc .; R 7 is a hydrogen atom , Halogen atom, CN or COOR 8 (R 8 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group); R 9 is an amino group which may be protected; Z is N or CH; and n is 0 or 1. [Effect] This compound has a strong antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria, and also has a wide range of balanced antibacterial activities up to Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa which are resistant to all antibacterial agents. . |
