titleOfInvention | Method for producing silver halide emulsion, silver halide emulsion and silver halide photographic light-sensitive material using the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] By optimizing the distribution of silver iodide in silver halide, the sensitivity / granularity ratio is excellent, and the decrease in sensitivity due to storage under high humidity is minimized. [Structure] A silver halide epitaxy with a high content of silver iodide in the form of a triangular prism, which is joined to the outer surface of the silver halide grain after forming a normal crystal silver halide grain (core). An epitaxial silver halide grain having three or more epitaxies (terraces) such that one side of a triangle of a bonding surface is on the ridge of the silver halide grain is used in an amount of 50% or more of the total number of grains in the core. A silver halide emulsion in which a low silver iodide content layer is coated on the epitaxial silver halide grains after being formed so as to occupy. A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material containing at least one layer of the silver halide emulsion. |
