titleOfInvention | Humidity sensor |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] In a humidity sensor containing a dye, peeling due to use over time is prevented and durability is improved. [Structure] The sensor 1 has a sensor film 15 on a substrate 11, and a light emitting element 21 and a light receiving element 31 are installed on the back surface side of the substrate 11. The sensor film 15 may be the dye film itself, a laminated film in which a film containing a hydrophilic compound is laminated on the dye film, or a mixed film in which a hydrophilic compound is mixed with a dye. A water-repellent substance layer 17 having a contact angle with water of 90 ° or more and a thickness of 1 μm or less is provided on the surface of the sensor film 15. |
