abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To prevent swelling of the surface of interior parts due to air traps generated in the hard urethane layer between the skin layer and the reinforcing fiber mat. [Structure] The hard urethane layer 4 on the back surface side of the convex portions 1a, 1b of the door trim 1 is formed with concave portions 4a, 4b, Mold 4c. Due to this concave portion, the glass fiber mat 3 is located on the skin layer 2 side. The hard urethane layer 4 between the skin layer 2 and the glass fiber mat 3 is thinned to prevent the accumulation of air in this portion, prevent the surface of the door trim 1 from bulging, and improve its appearance.
