abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention relates to an ultrafine particle film effective for preventing electrification and visible light reflection, and in particular, an ultrafine particle film applicable to a large area at a low cost and an image display of a cathode ray tube or the like to which the ultrafine particle film is applied. It consists in forming the plate by a simple method. [Structure] A coating liquid tank 22 is attached to the surface of the cathode ray tube 21, and the coating liquid tank is first filled with a coating solution 23 containing antistatic SnO 2 ultrafine particles, and the surface of the cathode ray tube 21 is covered with the coating liquid. It is achieved by exposing at a speed to form a conductive film, and then performing the same operation using a coating solution in which visible light antireflection fine particles are mixed to form a visible light antireflection film thereon.
