titleOfInvention | Speaker edge and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Correction) [Purpose] Improves edge tracking when the diaphragm vibrates. (EN) Provided is a speaker edge in which the weather resistance of a urethane foam edge is improved and pollution to workers in the edge manufacturing process is eliminated. According to a first aspect of the present invention, one surface of a foam layer 1 of a urethane resin emulsion formed by reacting a prepolymer composed of a polyol (D) and a polyisocyanate with an excess of isocyanate groups in the presence of water. 1. A speaker edge 4 having a multilayer structure in which a fibrous material layer 2 is laminated on the other side and a thermoplastic resin layer 3 is laminated on the other side. The second invention is a multilayer speaker edge 4 in which the foam layer 1 is laminated on one surface of the thermoplastic resin layer 3 and the fibrous material layer 2 is laminated on the other surface thereof. |
