abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] An object of the present invention is to provide a thermal battery in which the reliability of ignition is improved by improving the electric igniter, the battery is downsized, and the number of assembling steps is reduced. A thermal battery equipped with an electric igniter that emits a flame in response to an ignition signal sent from the outside via a starting terminal, wherein a tip of an electric wire 2 fixed to a resin base of the electric igniter. At least two electric bridges 1 are attached. As a result, defective ignition due to disconnection of the bridge 1 can be reduced.
