titleOfInvention | Metal decoration and method for manufacturing the same |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A matte part formed by blasting and having an excellent matte feeling has an excellent matte design provided only in a desired part, and particularly a non-planar metal material. The present invention provides a metal decorative body applicable to, and a method for manufacturing the same. [Structure] A protective metal layer 5 is provided on the surface of a metal substrate 2, and a pattern pattern 8 formed in a pattern excluding the matte portion 3 is provided on the surface of the protective metal layer 5 by using a hydraulic transfer method, and etching is performed to protect it. The metal layer 5 was removed, blasting was performed, and the matte portion 3 was formed on the metal base material 2 to obtain the metal decorative body 1. [Effect] Since the protective metal layer surely protects the metal base material other than the matte portion, only the desired portion can be accurately made into the matte portion when the blast treatment is performed. |
