titleOfInvention | Functional thin film containing guanidinium derivative and nucleobase derivative |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Objective] To provide a thin film capable of selectively binding a specified nucleotide with high binding ability. [Structure] This functional thin film has the general formula The guanidinium derivative represented by and the nucleobase derivative represented by the general formula R′-Y are included as functional groups. (R ' Represents a long-chain alkyl group having 10 to 22 carbon atoms, a long-chain fluoroalkyl group or a derivative thereof, HX represents an acid group, and Y represents a nucleobase. [Effect] By orienting a nucleobase having a complementary relationship with a nucleobase of a nucleotide with a guanidinium group, it exhibits a function of selectively binding a nucleotide such as specific AMP and UMP with high efficiency. It is used as an organic substance sensor, a separation carrier, a transportation carrier, a storage carrier and the like. |
