abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To optimize the position and joining state of the boundary between the hard and soft parts of the different hardness cushion body. [Structure] The hot melt film 12 is pressed against both elastic masses 2 of fibers filled in both side molding portions 7 of the lower molding die 5 and the center molding portion 6 of the lower molding die 5 to form a recess in the hot melt film 12. After forming the part 12a, the urethane stock solution 13 is poured into the recess 12a, and then the upper mold 9 is superposed on the lower mold 5 to place the urethane stock solution 13 in the recess 12a and the upper mold 9. The hot melt film 12 in which the urethane foam 3 is molded by foaming between the molding recess 9a and the fibrous elastic body 2 and the urethane foam 3 is melted. They are joined by the adhesive film 4.
