titleOfInvention Upper mold for foam molding with core material, foam molding mold using the same, and method for producing foam molded article with core material
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] An object of the present invention is to improve adhesion between a core material and a coating in a technique for producing a foam-molded article with a core material while preventing leakage of the foam material using the coating. In addition, the conventional problems are solved by using a simple upper mold structure. [Structure] In a foam molding upper mold with a core material, a void for being formed by winding the end portion of the core material on the back side of the core material, and an end portion of the core material being wound on the back side of the core material and foaming. A foaming molding upper die with a core material, and a foaming molding upper die with a core material, a nest, and the upper die, characterized by having a cavity capable of accommodating a nest for preventing leakage of the foaming material. A foam molding mold comprising a corresponding lower mold, and a foam molding mold are used to deposit a coating on the back surface of a core material using a nest, set this on the inner surface of the upper mold, and the periphery of the coating. A method for producing a foam-molded article with a core material, comprising performing foam molding while sandwiching a part between an upper mold and a lower mold, and removing the nest and the coating after the molding is completed.
