(57) [Summary] (Modified) [Structure] An unsaturated dicarboxylic acid bisimide represented by the general formula shown in the figure, a Y-group of this bisimide, a conjugated gen moiety capable of undergoing a Diels-Alder reaction, and a divalent bonding group. A method for producing a thermosetting bisimide by partially curing a monomer mixture comprising a triene compound having a carbon-carbon double bond separated from the above. [Wherein Y is a C 2 or more (substituted) divalent group having a carbon-carbon double bond, and Z is a divalent bonding group.] [Effect] Solubility and stability in an organic solvent are improved, and electricity is improved. Provides a resin suitable for laminating applications. |
