titleOfInvention Method for aggregating treatment waste liquid of photosensitive material
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] In the process of neutralizing and aggregating the processing waste liquid of a photosensitive material, in the conventional method using a pH electrode, the electrode is easily cracked and dirt adheres to the electrode surface, so that accurate pH control is possible. It provides a coagulation method that solves the problems of difficulty and the need to periodically replenish internal liquid, enables stable neutralization coagulation processing, and does not require troublesome maintenance management. [Structure] In a coagulation method in which an acidic or alkaline neutralizing agent is added to a processing waste liquid of a light-sensitive material to cause aggregation, a pH indicator is added to the processing waste liquid, and a neutralizing agent is added while measuring an optical density in the processing waste liquid. A method for aggregating treatment, which controls the addition amount of a neutralizing agent by detecting discoloration of a pH indicator. In the aggregating method in which the processing solution is supplied from an automatic developing machine for a photosensitive material which circulates an acidic or alkaline processing solution to the aggregating tank, the processing amount of the photosensitive material in the automatic developing machine is detected and detected. A method of aggregating treatment in which a preset amount of a neutralizing agent is added according to the amount of treatment and the aggregating treatment is performed.
