(57) [Summary] [Purpose] A non-erodible C. strain that can be detected during disseminated candidiasis in humans. C. undetectable during Albicans infection. To provide a cell hybrid which produces a monoclonal antibody against the cytoplasmic antigen of Albicans. Composition: A non-erodible C. strain detectable in humans during disseminated candidiasis. Apparent molecular weight 48-52k in SDS-PAGE undetectable during Albicans infection C of D. A cell hybrid producing an IgG-class monoclonal antibody against a cytoplasmic antigen of Albicans, said hybrid comprising C. A cell hybrid comprising a murine myeloma fused with a BALB / c murine splenocyte previously immunized with an Albicans cytoplasmic antigen is provided. |
