titleOfInvention | Method for separating 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Correction) [Objective] To provide a method for separating 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene contained in a dimethylnaphthalene fraction with high purity and high recovery rate. [Structure] General formula (R 1 and R 2 are lower alkyl groups, and m is 0 or 1) Adsorption separation treatment is carried out in two steps using a zeolite adsorbent in the presence of a desorption agent. Contacting the hydrogen fraction with the first zeolite adsorbent Dimethylnaphthalene is selectively adsorbed and separated to give 2,7- Dimethylnaphthalene other than dimethylnaphthalene and 2, A first raffinate containing 6-dimethylnaphthalene as a main component is produced, and in the second adsorption separation step, the first raffinate is contacted with a second zeolite adsorbent to produce 2,6- Dimethylnaphthalene other than dimethylnaphthalene is selectively adsorbed and separated to obtain a second raffinate containing 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene as a main component. |
