abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a relatively inexpensive heat insulating board that is lightweight, has excellent flame retardancy, does not adversely affect the human body. [Structure] When foaming and curing a phenol foam made of a resol type phenol resin, a soft surface material is integrally molded by the self-adhesive force of the phenol foam. The soft surface material is a non-woven fabric made of potassium titanate whiskers, glass fibers, and polymer latex. [Effect] The heat insulating board has a flame retardant performance of a second flame retardant level. |
